Is the Delivery Next Day?
 
Yes, the delivery is a next day delivery Monday-Friday. This will be a next day delivery after the products have been customized or delivered into [Your Company Name].
 
Do you Export?
 
Yes, we do export to most of Europe. We do ship to the rest of the world, but delivery costs may vary based on location, so please check with Kit Factory to get a quote for your country. We also supply to Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, but additional shipping costs will apply. Please also keep in mind that import taxes will be charged entering your country.
 
APC 4 Hour delivery window?
 
APC will provide Kit Factory customers with a 4-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, so they don’t have to wait all day for their parcel. We will require your email address and mobile telephone number.
 
How does the 4-hour window work?
 
Firstly, you’ll receive an e-mail and text message confirming your parcel has been dispatched and what day it will be delivered. Secondly, on the day of the delivery, you’ll receive a text* and/or an e-mail with a 4-hour window delivery slot. Thirdly, if this is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change the delivery date.
 
*You’ll only receive a text if you have given us your mobile phone number as your contact number.
 
To have the option of the above facility, please ensure you give Kit Factory your emails and mobile number when confirming your order.

Track Your Parcel
 
You will need your consignment number; on shipment of your order fromKit Factory, the consignment number will be within the dispatch email. If you have any issues with this, please contact your Kit Factory sales member to obtain this.
